ILLUSTRATION (GER) Joe Taylor is a Berlin-based illustrator and animator creating surreal, immersive worlds through fluid animation and sound.

Joe Taylor has spent the last several years drawing and animating the strange characters and worlds he sees in his imagination. Over time this developed into a recognisable style that has been used in music videos, printed graphics, vinyl artwork, festival identities and more. His self-taught approach to animation and illustration is fluid and organic, and always with a strong graphic line to create clarity in the chaos.
He often combines his animations with his own music and sound, and the audio and visual aspects are completely intertwined to create a world that feels immersive and tactile, scratching and itch in the viewers brain they didn't know existed.
He currently works from Berlin, sharing a studio space with other illustrators and animators.
