Fascinated by the new, the intangible and the sensorial, Found are obsessed with looking at the world differently. They fuse research-based thinking with a refined aesthetic approach to create 3D content full of impact, innovation and intrigue.
Clayton Welham, partner and executive creative director of Found, has over 20 years of experience as a designer, director and visual artist. He's led teams across a diverse range of animation, live-action, XR and experiential projects in both conceptual and technical execution capacities. He maintains an excellent understanding of our evolving industry and works with both traditional tools, techniques and bespoke visual systems, blending a passion for fundamental craft with innovation to drive Found's creative vision forward.
Clayton has performed as a visual artist at institutions and festivals around the world such as the V&A Museum, Tate Britain, Kunsthalle Zurich, Berghain Berlin, Mutek Montreal, and Unsound Toronto. He has also spoken at global design festivals such as Forward Festival Vienna, Berlin and Munich, OFFF Barcelona, Seville and Vienna, Mouvo Prague, Motion North, London Design Festival, and Clerkenwell Design Week.
Ambrogio Bergamaschi, Creative Lead at Found, brings a multidisciplinary approach to motion design and computer-generated imagery. With a background in graphic design and filmmaking, his practice is rooted in visual storytelling and defined by a distinct aesthetic sensibility. His expertise spans a broad range of digital media, where he navigates complex visual systems and techniques to craft compelling narrative experiences.
Ambrogio has led projects for well-known brands including IBM Research, Channel 4 and Sky Sports, balancing technical precision with artistic expression. Drawing from a diverse toolkit, he pushes creative boundaries, exploring new approaches to visual storytelling.
