DOJO will be represented by Dominic Czaja.

Since 2006, Dominic Czaja has been shaking up the advertising scene with his creative agency. Founded after college without experience or capital, DOJO quickly became a client favorite in pitches against traditional network agencies – and continues to assert itself as a powerhouse for unconventional marketing.

Their campaigns regularly go viral – major clients like Edeka, Spotify and HBO can sing their praises. Most recently, DOJO won the prestigious account for the capital's new image campaign – a passion project for the native Neuköllner.

As a copywriter, Dominic was driven by his aversion to the status quo of the advertising industry – combined with his love for the wordplay of rap – to found DOJO. He quickly found the recipe for success: headline first, always ready to ruffle feathers.

To this day, nothing has changed about this maxim. With ironic, double-edged language and a sense for pop culture trends, DOJO's rebellious, provocative campaigns consistently hit the zeitgeist.

The polarizing media response surrounding DOJO's creative work has long since become an integral part of Dominic's communication strategy – and regularly multiplies the impact of the invested media budget.

Today, Dominic focuses primarily on expanding the creative spirit: In addition to the subsidiary sports marketing agency DRAVT, his business card also features his own foundation: DOJO Cares. For Dominic, corporate responsibility doesn't end with black numbers – an attitude that has run through his work since the beginning. Since 2021, DOJO has therefore charged its clients a social tax of 3%, which supports charitable projects and people experiencing homelessness – making DOJO not just an ad agency, but an add agency.
