ADDITIONAL PROGRAM & WORKSHOP SIGN-UP
Workshop seats are not automatically included in your Festival ticket, they need to be booked separately via our ticket shop. Our workshop program will be announced continuously close to the festival via Newsletter.

WHEN DOES THE FESTIVAL START/END?
The exact festival schedule will be published approximately one month before the event. Registration opens at all festivals between 1 PM and 2 PM, with talks taking place during the afternoon until the early evening. To stay updated about our timetable subscribe to our Newsletter below.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased online through the festival’s official website.

INVOICES
An invoice is generated after your purchase and sent to your email.

TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets are automatically sent to the buyer’s email address after purchase. In case you did not receive an email please also check your Spam.

STUDENT DISCOUNTS
A limited number of student tickets are available in our ticket shop. To qualify, you must be under 28 years old and present a valid student ID at registration.

GROUP TICKETS
For current group offers, please check our ticket shop. If no group discounts are listed, group tickets discounts start with a minimum purchase of 10 tickets. For inquiries, reach out to us at hello@forwardcreatives.com.

NAME CHANGE ON TICKET
We can update the ticket holder's name at the registration at the Festival. No need to send us an email upfront.

VAT-FREE TICKETS
Ticket purchases are not eligible for the reverse charge procedure, so we cannot issue net invoices.

UNABLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE
If you encounter issues buying tickets online, email us at hello@forwardcreatives.com with your billing details, the number of tickets you need, and the festival you wish to attend. A handling fee of €25 applies per invoice.

WILL THE TALKS AND WORKSHOPS BE HELD IN ENGLISH?
Yes.

CAN I STORE LUGGAGE?
Yes, you can store luggage at the checkroom.

IS THERE FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE FESTIVAL?
While catering is not included in the Festival ticket, there will be food trucks and opportunities to buy food and drinks at the festival location.

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?
Most of the vendors accept card, but it’s always good to have some bucks in cash on you, i.e. for Merch or other products from small sellers.

IS THERE BARRIER_FREE ACCESS?
Yes, all our locations are barrier-free and accessible. If you have specific questions or special requirements, please contact us at hello@forwardcreatives.com.

REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. We can update the ticket holder's name at registration.

SHARING FESTIVAL PASSES
Festival passes are name-specific and cannot be shared once the ticket is scanned for entry.
