Ju Schnee creates a connection between physical paintings and digital pieces.

Ju Schnee’s art is a dialogue of an abstract painted world and the physical object. A balance of imagination, manifestation and reaction. From the abstract painting, to the manifested sculpture, to the reaction via augmented reality and the return to the digital world.

Her story started in Austria, where she studied Information Design (BA) and Communication Design (MA) in Graz. Later Ju moved to Berlin and started with personal illustrations. There she founded her own studio and lived and worked as an independent artist. In the summer of 2022 she moved to Vienna, but because of her success, she travels a lot for shows, talks and her own podcast.

In her talk she will give an insight into her work and talk about her career. Above all, she will also reveal her failures and talk honestly about the industry and it’s stumbling blocks.
