Zaiba Jabbar is an award-winning director, independent curator, and founder of HERVISIONS. With over a decade of experience in the film and media sectors, her curatorial practice with HERVISIONS investigates how marginalized people use technology to create art outside traditional contexts and make space for themselves in the digital environment. Jabbar was a curator in residence at LUX, London in 2018, is a board member of Abandon Normal Devices, and is currently an associate lecturer on the MA Computational Art course at Camberwell College. She is a leader in augmented reality and digital art exhibitions both online and offline.

HERVISIONS (est. 2015) is a femme-focused curatorial agency and digital art studio facilitating online and offline experiences and collaborations with partners to research and produce innovative commissions, exhibitions and events with a strong focus on the intersection of art, technology and culture. Previous collaborations, partners and organisations include: Tate Modern, arebyte, LUX , bitforms, FURTHERFIELD, Saatchi Gallery, Instagram, Snapchat, Spectacles, LN-CC, Boiler Room, BFI, The London College of Fashion, Mira Festival, The Photographers Gallery, William Morris Gallery, Waltham Forest Borough, and Google Arts and Culture.
