What happens when fearless ideas collide with cutting-edge tech? Our Shortest AI Film Competition with LTX gave us the answer, and it was nothing short of mind-blowing.

We called for the boldest, most creative AI-generated short films, and the submissions we received pushed boundaries in every possible way. From wild concepts to stunning visual storytelling, the shortlist proved how AI can turn pure imagination into cinematic reality.

After an inspiring ride through countless visionary entries, three winners emerged – each one a daring glimpse into the future of filmmaking.

WINNER FILM: RIDERS CLUB – THE BEST ENDING IS GETTING HOME
A fast-paced black-and-white short about the tail end of a night out that almost turns ugly. Benedikt Ölz builds the film around a line everyone already knows, don't drink and drive, and gives it a visual language sharp enough to earn it, cut tight and clean, all the way to the closing frame of the driver meeting her airbag. Ölz made it with LTX, putting the tool to work on something other than proving the tool works.

SECOND PLACE: PERSONAL BEST
"Personal Best" by Sijin Liu, Ruby Nian, and Lynn Tsai follows self-optimization to its logical conclusion. The short runs on a hyper-shiny, cartoon-like surface, and the bodybuilder at its center competes against no one but himself – a mental health workshop seems inevitable.

THIRD PLACE: OUT OF OFFICE
"Out of Office" by Quentin Baes and Margaux Lemercinier relocates the contents of a desk to open country. Pens, markers, keyboards, and swivel chairs move through the landscape as wildlife, with the behavior to match.
