The Moon Exhibition Lockdown Special aims to support the creative community during the crisis by connecting them and giving them a platform to express their ideas.

Isolated times lead to creative ideas, and we received plenty of interesting projects which we will be sharing in the following weeks. In our second edition, Julian Present shares his digital version of the Forward Print Magazine 2019 with us. Have a look at his adaptation and compare it to the original.

DIGITAL FORWARD MAGAZINE

About the Project

Based on this year’s motto of the Forward Festival „Digital Eyes“ I had the apt idea to translate the printed Forward Magazine into the endless oddness of the world wide web. The aim of adapting the existing content for a responsive environment was not only to make it accessible for a wider audience but also to draw more attention to the Forward Magazine itself. Since the guys from Zwupp did an awesome job when designing it, a big issue for me was to maintain the playful charm of the physical magazine when bringing it on the screen.
