With an impressive track record spanning almost two decades, Julia Neumann is at the forefront of shaping the future of advertising for the world's leading brands. In her current role, Neumann serves as Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Le Truc, Publicis Groupe's next-generation creative collective.

An Austrian native, Neumann is frequently sought out by industry publications as a thought leader and recognized for her creative contributions to the industry by Cannes, The One Show, and AICP. Other individual accolades include being named to Business Insider's annual list of Most Creative Women in Advertising in 2013, 2014 and 2016.

Outside of agency life, Neumann started her own company Wild Things Roar where she takes on passion projects in which creativity can empower causes and people close to her heart. She also has another personal initiative in the works – soon Neumann will be opening a museum her home borough of Brooklyn.

Le Truc is not an agency. Opened in February 2021, Le Truc is a pioneering creative collective within Publicis Groupe that unites top talent - creatives, producers, and strategists into one dynamic, collaborative team in New York.

Since its inception, Le Truc has been involved in many Publicis pitch wins and new, innovative work in collaboration with agencies, including TikTok, Four Seasons, Mondelez, LVMH, Samsung, Visa, Pfizer, L’Oréal, Frosted Flakes, Kettle Chips, and Campbell’s. Le Truc was also instrumental in the creative development of Publicis’ industry-leading Working with Cancer initiative.
