WINNING FILMS OF THE SHORTEST AI FILM COMPETITION

What happens when fearless ideas collide with cutting-edge tech? Our Shortest AI Film Competition with LTX Studio gave us the answer, and it was nothing short of mind-blowing.
We called for the boldest, most creative AI-generated short films, and the submissions we received pushed boundaries in every possible way. From wild concepts to stunning visual storytelling, the shortlist proved how AI can turn pure imagination into cinematic reality.
After an inspiring ride through countless visionary entries, three winners emerged – each one a daring glimpse into the future of filmmaking.
WINNER FILM: PLZ NO REINCARNATION
“Plz No Reincarnation” by Herinarivo Rakotomanana takes us on a surreal trip through memory, identity, and rebirth. Blurring the lines between dream and reality, the film unfolds in shifting, abstract worlds where faces distort, landscapes dissolve, and time feels fluid. Instead of telling a linear story, it creates an atmosphere – raw, emotional, and deeply visual. The result is a powerful glimpse into how AI can turn imagination into cinematic poetry.
SECOND PLACE: FEMME FATALE
“Femme Fatal” by the trio Maria Pikalova, Idan Zarmon, and Miriam Malis plunges the viewer into a dark, striking world where identity, desire, and danger intertwine. Through bold visuals and dreamy transitions, the film follows a figure as she navigates shifting textures of attraction, power, and transformation. Rather than a traditional narrative, it works like a visual poem: every frame charged with tension, elegance, and a sense of mystery. “Femme Fatal” leaves you with lingering questions: Who is in control? What transforms? And what is the cost of becoming someone new?
THIRD PLACE: ONE PLATE
“One Plate” by Prasad Gori, Sagar Chogale, and Anurag Tiwari shines a spotlight on one of the world’s most urgent issues: food waste and famine. Through bold, striking visuals, the film contrasts overflowing abundance with stark scarcity, forcing us to confront the imbalance that affects millions worldwide. It’s a powerful, thought-provoking piece that turns a global problem into an unforgettable cinematic experience, reminding us that creativity can spark awareness and drive change.
